Yellow Roadway Corporation Raises Second Quarter 2004 EPS Guidance

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Yellow Roadway Corporation (Nasdaq: YELL) increased its outlook for second quarter 2004 earnings per share to $.85 - $.90. Previously, the company provided earnings guidance of $.70 - $.75 per share for the second quarter.

Supreme Court Fails Working Families, Sets Path for Border to Open to Unsafe Trucks

(Washington, DC) - The United States Supreme Court today set back efforts by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Union and its allies to keep unsafe, unregulated Mexican trucks off our nation’s highways.
